Adult Coed Rec League 2022

We will be running the second season of our coed adult recreation league.  This league is intended for novice to intermediate players.  Games will be once a week from April 23 - July 13.  

Encourage family and friends to play with you!  

Registration is restricted to 18 and over, however, younger players may play with parental consent.

When:  Mondays or Wednesdays evenings at 7 pm (Each week you will play at one of the mentioned days/times, we will try to rotate as equally as possible.) April 25 - July 13th
Where: MacArthur Island and Valleyview Arena
Who:  Coed Adults or teenagers with parental consent
Cost:  Based on team fees of $2,250 (Results in about $150 or less per player). Register as an individual and receive payment information from your team manager. If you'd like to register a team, email kamloopsballhockey@gmail.com

Why Ball Hockey?

- Great cardio and fitness while playing a sport we love
- It does not require skating, ice, or an extreme amount of equipment
- Significantly cheaper than organized ice hockey

Required Equipment
- Helmet (with cage for women and men under 18)
- Gloves (lacrosse or hockey)
- Running shoes
- Stick
- Shinpads and jock/jill (optional, but recommended)
