2023 AGM Details

Time: 3:00 - 6:00 pm
Location: McArthur Island Sports Center Meeting Room 216

Hi all,

Registered participants, or a parent/guardian of a minor registrant, from last year, are all eligible to vote as members. The public is welcome to attend as well.

Agenda and supporting documentation will be provided two weeks before the meeting. Among topics on the agenda for voting and/or discussion:

- Ordinary business including 2022 finances and 2023 budgets
- Adoption of restructured bylaws and constitution to support the association in its expansion
- Creation of more director positions and contract executive positions

Stay tuned for updates regarding registration for men's competitive, adult coed recreation, and youth programs for 2023, as well as a very exciting event this year!
